It was an honor to help host Children of Heroes during their visit to Harvard University. Six Ukrainian children who had lost a parent, or parents, during the war came to campus. We met many incredible people, including former Harvard presidents, advisors to the United States government, Nobel Prize winners, and like-minded souls who stood as allies to Ukraine. Even through a bumpy path, it was a memorable week of education, kindness, and solidarity.
